1. Enrollment at Payette Pod School secures your child’s spot for the academic term. By enrolling, parents and guardians are responsible for the entire term's tuition and fees. All financial obligations are unconditional.

2. All tuition payments, deposits, material fees, and registration costs are final and strictly non-refundable. No portion of the paid or owed tuition will be refunded, canceled, or prorated under any circumstances. This applies regardless of any subsequent Student absence or tardiness, Withdrawal from the pod, Dismissal due to disciplinary, academic, or behavioral infractions, School closures or shifts in scheduling (e.g., transitions to remote learning, weather-related closures)

3. If paying in installments, the total balance for the full term/year remains legally due and payable on the agreed-upon dates, even if the student leaves the program.

4. Cancellations made prior to the start of the program do not release the financially responsible party from their obligation to pay the full term or annual tuition, unless otherwise stipulated in an individually signed enrollment contract.
